accrue，含義是“產生/累積”；

而合同中經常出現的形式為1. accrued，翻譯為應計，如accrued interest應計利息/待付利息；2. accrue from ,翻譯為“產生/產生于”。

具體到我們合同翻譯而言，該詞與"利息"息息相關，因此經常出現在facility agreement、loan agreement、investment agreement等協議中的interest條款中。

以下列句子為例：

1，All voluntary redemptions under this Condition must be made with all accrued but unpaid amounts under such portion of the Convertible Bond (including the Redemption Amount and the Early Redemption Premium in respect of such portion of the Convertible Bond) as at the Voluntary Redemption Date.

根據本條進行的所有自愿贖回，均應支付該等數量的可轉換債券在自愿贖回日的所有應計但未支付的金額（包括該等數量的可轉換債券的額贖回金額和早期贖回溢價）。

2，Any interest,commission or fee accruing under a Finance Document willaccrue from day to dayand is calculated on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed and a yearof 360 days or, in any case where the practice in the London interbank marketdiffers, in accordance with that market practice.
